Eighteen-year-old Kelsey Champion was no ordinary 18-year-old. During the day she slept, rarely going to school. Her nights were spent going to dance clubs and partying the hours away. Kelsey's young age was no problem for the local clubs as her name carried her grandmother's clout behind it. It was at one of the clubs Leigh decided to make contact with Kelsey. The risks were still extremely high, and the club scene was something the detective loathed.
Still, it wasn't enough to prevent her from attempting a meeting. The two 'bumped' into one another on the dance floor, Leigh catching the young girl's eye, Kelsey made the first move by coming to Leigh's table and striking up a conversation. Leigh's plan was working quite well, Leigh kept the teen at the table long enough for her to be close enough to 'rescue' her from a police raid on the club. Selling the action by striking a cop that was chasing them and getting Kelsey safely into her car and back to her apartment.
Once back at Leigh's place the two women, got to know one another a bit better, and then Leigh broke a cardinal rule in her business, she allowed herself to be seduced by her target. The seduction escalated to some serious heavy teenage petting before Leigh comes to her senses and realizes she has let the situation get out of hand. Abruptly she gets up and tells the now confused party girl she is taking her home.
As Leigh opened the door to leave, the lights went out for Leigh and when she came too, the girl was gone, and her head was throbbing like a toothache setting the tone for what was ahead for Kelsey and Leigh.
