Marco Alexander (born 1975) comes from the small town of Bad Neustadt in northern Bavaria, in the middle of Germany. During and after his education and studies to become an engineer, he lived and worked abroad for more than ten years, among others in the United States, Africa, and the Middle East. After a burn-out and its health consequences, he tried for years to regain the lost health. After many erroneous paths with medical specialists, who were all paid but could not help, he found the lost health in fasting and starch-free raw food, as well as in walking forefoot and realized that the cause of his problems was, on the one hand, a wrong diet, on the other hand, a body chronically clogged by mucus. After regaining his lost health and feeling light, buoyant, and healthy, he thought of ways to help other humans to accomplish this state of health. The Mucus Cleaning Method and Hemorrhoids are the result of this desire.
The costs for both are within a narrow range, but the personal benefit for fellow human beings can hardly be measured in money.
