As they begin their life as newlyweds, problems among the couple are revealed. Shade worries when Odema becomes short-tempered as a result of her addiction to a dangerous wish-granting board she'd secretly been using. Odema wishes Shade would care less about what she does. The next day, her wish comes true, and what seems to be great at first, predictably doesn't turn out the way she expected. Shade's "don't care" attitude extends to every aspect of their life, which results in him quickly becoming cold, distant, and robotic.
Eventually, the lack of health brings Shade to the brink of death. Now Odema has to face the consequences of her actions, confronting the witch responsible for granting her wish and getting rid of the wish-granting board before it is too late. About The AuthorI spend most of my time reading, writing, or creating art.
