This book is a compilation of those lectures. Eminent thought leaders, top HRMs from the best in the industry come together each year to share insights into HR practices, and to offer solutions to commonly shared issues.
Companies with some of the best HR practices such as Nestle, Wipro, RANE, St. Gobain, GSK, ITC and Maruti Suzuki, to name a few, have been part of this series. The Trust was born out of adversity, and has used that as a launching pad to bring focus to the need for addressing employee related issues before they escalate and spin out of control.
