Biographie d'Anne Rice
Born in New Orleans in 1941, the second daughter of an Irish Catholic family, Anne Rice is the author of the phenomenally successful Vampire Chronicles, of which Interview with the Vampire was a cult bestseller (and made into a record-breaking film starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt). She has written more than twenty novels, including such titles as The Vampire Lestat and The Queen of the Damned, The Witching Hour, Lasher and Taltos, The Tale of the Body Thief, Blood and Gokl, Mernck, Cry to Heaven, The Mummy, Blackwood Farm and Blood Canticle, to name but a few.
After many years in San Francisco, she now lives in New Orleans.
