John Ray is an award-winning developer and security consultant with more than 20 years of programming and administration experience-including 17 years on Macintosh systems. He bas worked on projects for the FCC, Ohio State University, Xerox, and the state of Florida, as well as serving as IT director for Blue Cosmos Design, Inc. He has written or contributed to more than 10 books, ranging from Maximum Linux Security to Sams Teach Yourself Dreamweaver UItraDev in 21 Days. William C. Ray is a Unix system administrator, programmer, and trainer. He was responsible for developing a computer-graphics center for Ohio State University's College of Biological Sciences, where he filled such roles as the center's system administrator, Webmaster, and acting director. He also bas provided user support and Unix training for students and faculty members.
