Charles, 82 at the time, teamed up with his daughter, five star author Janet Beasley, and together they created a dream come true for Charles and his brother to be able to hold a published copy of Carl's story in their hands before being called to Heaven.
Charles passed in October of 2017. As of January 2018 Carl is still living at the age of 92! Charles left his pen name to Janet to carry on writing more wonderful stories in historical and other fictional genres.
