The dogs in the neighborhood were excited. They had heard that a basset hound would be moving in soon. Their town hadn't had a new pup in several years. Prior to his arrival, the 4-Legged Buddies came up with a plan. They decided to give the basset hound a special test before accepting him in their group. They couldn't wait to see if he would be up to the challenge. If the new dog failed, he would have to hang out with the cats.
