For as long as I can remember, fitness, sports, and movement have always been on my side. I knew from a young age that this is my life's calling. In times of joy, sorrow, anger (you name it, I felt it), I found myself outside running, playing ball, football, riding bikes, taking long walks, and the list goes on. It ended up being an escape from the world while I tried to understand myself. When I accepted that this was my life's purpose, movement and coaching became much easier and more opportunites for me to learn started rolling in.
I am happy for the all the years I have spent in the field and I hope to have many more so I can continue to share with those whom need the information. MOVEMENT IS LIFE. MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE. What aren't you fit for?
