This cookbook is a collection of my seven favorite recipes. These recipes I grew up eating that is to say my mother and father made these same recipes for me growing up and I enjoyed eating them. Over the years I have changed some of the recipes and added new ingredients. A good example of this is in the recipe for stuffed Bell peppers I added fettuccine on top instead of cheddar cheese. I believe this made the recipe more savory and gave it a new twist on an old favorite.
In this cookbook I show you how I changed some of these recipes over the years.
