Résumé

Everything can seem livelier and merry if you perceive itthrough the eyes of your inner child. One mere look at your inner child can change how youlive your life; it can change how you struggle withtrauma and all the abuse you have borne. Suffering isno more a hurdle if you reparent your inner child andheal yourself by healing the wounds that have scarredyou from within. Listen to your inner child and nurture it, for it has beenimprisoned and enslaved by the terror of delirium.
Lookat your inner child through the eyes of someone whoknows what being hurt feels like, and that is where thejourney of your healing begins. And once you acknowledge the child within you, you canfinally be free, engrossed in the spiritual journey thatrebirths within you - like the early morning sunlight thatawakens you to a brighter, modern day
