Résumé

A small family-run hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Paris enjoys a long history of loyal guests because here, identities can remain hidden. No passports or last names are required to check in at the cash only Hotel Juliette Deux. Simon's discovery of a cache of old paintings and antique books sends the Paris sleuth on a search for art thieves, and oddly, not the sudden death of the hotel guest in his favorite room.
But could these two possible crimes be connected? Was the man murdered for what he knew or for what he stole? Colorful characters, hidden rooms, forgotten lives, and missing treasures provide a unique setting for this newest addition to the Simon Pennington Mystery series.
