Biographie de Roze Merditaj (Mj)
Roze has over 13 years of banking experience and over eight years of running small businesses. In addition, Roze has a Bachelor's in business and is pursuing her Master's in Business Analytics at William and Mary. Roze is personally skilled in many areas; she believes in practical, hands-on solutions and working with those that want to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of making their dreams come true.
She has acquired many skill sets in her roles, including building successful work teams, project management, multi-layer communication, networking, and relationship building through her projects and problem-resolution implementation methods she creates for her clients.
Roze immigrated to the United States from Kosovo due to Ethnic Cleansing.
Roze grew up with strong values and a work ethic, and her background gives her a unique perspective and problem-solving ability. Problem-solving across industries is a lifelong passion for Roze. She has spent her entire career learning about business and helping entrepreneurs grow. Roze created the Drops of Knowledge platform to empower individuals to improve in business. Roze believes good business education should be available to all and affordable.
Roze Merditaj is also the founder of Real Women Collective Action (RWCA), a 501 (c)(3) organization focused on leadership, and Verve Venue, a floral and landscape design company.
