Résumé

Maybe it wasn't accidental; maybe it was meant to be.Sarah James can't believe that her brother sold the family home out from under her. That house was going to be her livelihood after she fixed it up. But the new owner Cimarron Cole plans to restore it to its former glory-and sell the beloved old place for a lot more than she could ever afford. Cimarron Cole knows houses, but he's clueless about taking care of his five-year-old nephew Wyatt after the child's father was killed in an accident.
And now he's having to deal with Sarah James, who is furious about the rotten deal Cimarron unwittingly dealt her when he bought the old mansion from her brother. Sarah's determined to get her house back, and she's equally determined to show Cimarron that he can be the father Wyatt deserves. The house begins to take second place with both of them as they realize that you don't have to be perfect to create the perfect family.

Biographie de Elaine Grant

From an early age, Elaine wanted to write stories.  Her first short story was published in her small town newspaper when she was in third grade. Her first novel, Roses for Chloe, a Berkley-Jove Haunting Hearts release in 1998 was an RWA RITA Contest finalist. Her next three books were Harlequin Superromance® novels, one of which, Make Believe Mom, also went on to become a RITA finalist. Later, Elaine took a leap of faith into indie publishing with her romantic thriller The Caverns, the first book in the Tennessee Mountain Home series. After moving back home to Alabama, Elaine enjoys reconnecting with family and high school friends and visiting her son, daughter-in-law, and grands in New York.
She lives with her rescue dog Mariah who loves nothing more than chasing squirrels and snakes through the woods.
