Follow their gripping saga, as two friends survive this monster of a war which engulfs half of the world. Bill Truscott, still restless, is not ready to return to civilian life. Bill volunteers for the British Expeditionary Force to be sent to Russia to fight against the Bolshevik insurgents. The two friends part: their lives now spinning off into fantastically different directions.
