Boems and Ferses is a collection of poetry about life, love, labor, politics, civilization, and the quest for existential freedom. They touch on the human experience from a variety of perspectives. For example, Heaven's Door shows the reader the world through the eyes of someone on a spiritual journey. Mother, Mother is a testament to the importance of maternal leadership. And Ode to the Lecturer is a lighthearted, humorous look at how some audiences perceive the speeches they hear.
Each reader will find one or more verses relevant enough to critique, return to and share with others. The poems were written between 1988 and 2018.
