Résumé

Office politics can be one of the most intimidating, yet important, aspects of any career. Because people's livelihoods are on the line, intra-office competition can often be fierce. Navigating office politics requires you to actively choose how to react to various work-related situations, particularly when interacting with co-workers and handling relationships with them. This program will help you understand whether you rise or fall amid the intra-office power plays affects not just your standing at work and the long-term viability of your employment, but also potential business relationships and connections, and your reputation-all of which could make or break your prospects for the future.
