The power has been off and the airwaves silent for months now, and the Candlelight Vigil has seen their membership rise and their supplies shrink as they scramble to stay one step ahead of starvation, disease, and total blackout. An opportunity to learn how the rest of the world handled the Chimera Plague has presented itself, and with it, an opportunity to spread the knowledge they have worked so hard to preserve.
