Usagi Jones is a 16-year-old who gains superpowers after an accident in which his parents die in. He chooses the life of a vigilante after realizing he is given a chance to make a difference while living with his older sister and her husband. After an unsuccessful confrontation against a powerful new foe called, Bloodmaker, Usagi finds himself in another town training with a team of people with superpowers ran by his mother Kaguya Jones who was thought to be dead for four years.
Usagi must train to get a better understanding of his powers meanwhile Zone City is taking effect on the whole Bloodmaker situation. The city needs Bio-Stream more than ever now.
