Résumé

Forty years ago the humans invaded the Salinoth Valley. A swath of destruction marked the human's trail across the valley as elven villages and cities were burned. In an effort to stem the bloodshed, the elves surrendered and were enslaved. Using slave labor, the granite city of Dalthanalle was constructed on the grounds of a former great elven city. That was forty years ago. Change has arrived again.
Princess Elanya Dalth, daughter of the next King, finds herself at the center of an overthrow attempt. Even if the attempt is averted, her kingdom stands on the brink of collapse. While powerless to make change, her actions could very well change the course for her kingdom, as well as the slaves. Devon must help his mentor, the dwarf that raised him as his own, return to his fallen home to die. Along the way Devon loses friends, finds out more about himself, and learns a surprising history behind his step-father.
His life changes in unexpected ways, and in the end he braces for even more changes. Drums of Rallinwar Book One: Blood of Two

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de C. Hollis Gunter

I am a father of three children, and married to the only woman who I would ever marry. We have lived in Mustang, Oklahoma for better than 20 years, while I worked at a factory nearby. Loud noise levels in the plant leave a lot of time to be introspective, and creative. Work all day, write all night. Life is good. And I also like to avoid referring to myself in the third person. That's just messed up.
