Susan Hopewell, an attractive twenty-two-year-old, tries desperately to become a Hollywood actress. After they arrive in Harmony and meet with Mr. Martin, Susan learns that there is a stipulation in the will requiring her to live in the house for three months before taking possession. After three months, she can either keep it or sell it. A problem arises when Susan learns that her grandmother had three elderly female boarders, and if she sells the house, they will have nowhere to live. Will Susan stay in Harmony, or will she have a Change of Heart?
