Chastity wasn't sure what possessed her. She tugged the tie on her robe and let it fall down her shoulders. Her worn, nearly see-through white cotton nightgown revealed her shoulders and the shape of her breasts. As he turned to look at her, she let the robe slip off entirely. It pooled at her feet. John visibly swallowed. His blue eyes seemed to burn in the low light. She slipped her nightgown's straps off her shoulders, pausing only to caress her nipples through the soft cloth before she let her nightgown fall.
She stepped out of her nightclothes. He didn't move closer, nor did he move away. Chastity found her voice. "I'm not ashamed."
