After so much effort, so much work and so much struggle of trying to overcome your agony, your depression, etc. If you keep going back into it, does it even become painful anymore? At some point, you decide to shut yourself out so you don't feel that pain, so you don't feel anything. The side effect? You become numb to everything. Numb to love, numb to happiness, numb to genuine friendship. But it's hard to admit that, right? These are the confessions of someone who just had it with the world;someone who had enough of the heartbreak;someone who's tired of being beat down over and over again.
