Anne Louize Clifford is a recent journalism graduate who decides to move to New York City in search of a good job. Her parents disagree with her decision, believing she would adapt better in her hometown, New Jersey. Despite their concerns, Anne chooses to pursue her dreams. After renting a furnished apartment with her savings, she finally lands an interview at a prestigious magazine company, one of the largest in the city.
Anne is very dedicated and manages to secure the job. What she didn't expect was that the CEO, her new boss, would be so arrogant and yet so captivating.
