Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Catherine. I have been a Reiki practitioner since 2001 and became a Reiki Master in 2013. I am a qualified therapist in the areas of Biomagnetism and Bioenergy Therapy. What I write in these few pages reflects my own experiences, studies, and lessons learned. The university of life has brought me down and hurt me, but it has also taught me to attain the happiness that is my inherent right, as well as yours.

That's why I was motivated and decided to write this little book, because I feel like I discovered the secret of 'The Secret' and I want to share it with you.
