Sloan is healing from an injury he sustained on the job, his Fire Captain/best friend sends him on a two-week cruise to relax. What he neglects to mention is it's a singles cruise. He meets Bridget his second night there when he saves her from a chatty prick starting a whirlwind romance. Things start happening, her room is left open, clothes missing, damaged items. When a fire happens the day they are to disembark they get separated.
He goes to help with the fire while he promises to find her and sends her to safety. Only problem? They didn't exchange last names.
