Résumé

More than four generations ago the land west of the North American Rockies experienced a series of cataclysmic natural events. The epicenter was in the Northwest as several unexpected volcanoes erupted, followed with a series of earthquakes registering over 8.0 along the Sam Andreas fault line and embedded in the Wasatch Mountain Range. San Francisco and Oakland flooded then swallowed into the newly expanded Bay creating an inland sea.
The cost analysis was conservatively in the trillions of dollars to re-establish the damaged infrastructures. The president proposed a referendum during the national elections to drive the way toward reconstruction. His famous line "ask not what your country can do for the wretched but what you can do to guarantee the wholeness of your life and the union" stuck a chord. Bye, bye American Pie. Beus, a quiet on the surface but inquisitive man, living in the west plaza called Etiwanda, decides to travel east into the Rockies and escape the relentless, toxic, monotonous life.
His fearful wife, Causs, declines to proceed into the region named dangerous. This is the first story told about the creatures -like angels- participating in a couple's pro-creation act and furthermore raising children. The story is about the angel Goggle Eyes creating a new tension. This story is about the angel Goggle Eyes learning the importance of being the new creator and Beus the Etiwandan learning his calling as liberator.
Will their roads they must travel deny or obstruct their goals?
