On a day like any other, Rupert arrives at Waggner County on his way to sunny California in the 1880's. What he doesn't know is that there's murder afoot and everyone is paranoid. Who is behind it all? Is it the ranchers on the outskirts of town? Is it the maniacal business owners who have nothing better to do than shoot at each other? Is it the corrupt sheriff?
