Biographie de Gin Stephens

My name is Gin Stephens, and I am so glad you found my book.  You have discovered the best kept secret in health and wellness, not to mention weight loss:  intermittent fasting.  Both of these photos are of me.  The first was taken in 2014, when I topped the scale at 210 pounds.  The second was taken two years later in the summer of 2016.  Thanks to an intermittent fasting lifestyle, I lost 80+ pounds, and I am effortlessly maintaining my loss.
