There is a competition brewing in my savings account. I have dividends on the one hand and royalties on the other. Dividends require money to initiate positions. Once you get enough dividend-paying stocks, you can use the income to reinvest into more stocks. Royalties don't require money-instead mainly time. You exchange time for assets. The more you work, the more assets you create. So which is better? Do you really have to choose? I love them both differently, but equally.
And so does my cash flow retirement!
