On his tenth birthday, Paco, a young cliff diver in Mexico, finds a legendary ring. The ring reveals the secrets of the sea as it enables him to breathe underwater. Paco makes friends, and encounters enemies, as he explores his magical underwater world. Conflict between his village life on land, and his love of the ocean comes to a head when tragedy strikes.
