The smart thing to do is get out of town immediately, dragon in tow, but as soon as she arrives in Vegas for some easy money on a simple case, there's more going on than meets the eye. She discovers an interesting connection that uncovers a major multi-city heist in the works, but solving the crime while dodging the black hat mages' investigation of her illicit roommate is a challenge-and her job is on the line.
