Mikki Madigan is a normal, redheaded Canadian kid--or at least she thinks she is! Her beliefs begin to change when she wakes to a thunderous explosion that tears her house apart. Now, her parents and brother are gone--kidnapped by the minions of an evil Fairy Queen and spirited away to parts unknown. All Mikki has to rely on is her instinct and the lessons her parents taught her.
