Billy Butler is again on the prowl for Abraham's replacement. Conveniently, Paul resides in the very same apartment complex as his sister, Mirna, and brother-in-law, Wei. Even more convenient is the fact that Billy lives there as well, allowing him free access to his new and older target. Things get a little bit complicated when Paul has to move to Seattle for work and, being a faithful companion, Billy follows.
All is not what it seems, though, and Billy soon finds himself alone, broke, mugged, and cold on the mean city streets with no way to reach Mirna or even afford a flight back home.
