Résumé

Mister Posted, the stoic horseman of Famine, and Sharon, the fiery, sharp-tongued Brain Freeze Goddess, are back! One year has elapsed since the events of Mister Posted and the Brain Freeze Goddess, plenty of time to establish a routine. Mister Posted is still traveling from farm to farm, saving all the crops he comes across from failure. Sharon accompanies him, finding any place that sells frozen treats and bothering as many people as she can (which is usually everyone.) Their lives have become comfortable.
At least, as much as possible for two such as them. Unfortunately, not everyone around them is as content.  Back is the sinisterly mundane King of Flies, still trying to win his bet with Time herself concerning who will bring about the end of the world first. And introducing Allie, a manipulative minor demon with a chip on her shoulder, with the ability to cause people to choke on fish bones. When Mister Posted and Sharon arrive at the town of Ludington, Allie sees in the Brain Freeze Goddess an opportunity to get out of her own routine-and will stop at nothing to obtain the power she feels she so rightfully deserves.
Meanwhile, the King of Flies has cruel designs of his own to convince Mister Posted to quit the position of Famine, paving the way to install someone who would be more compliant with his apocalyptic goals. Schemes, emotions, and Blue Moon flavored ice cream are poised to split up our duo in. Fish Bones and Waffle Cones!

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Carl R. Jennings

Carl R. Jennings is a man who tries to arrange words in interesting ways but, more often than not, they're merely confusing and unsettling. Carl R. Jennings has been published in numerous magazines such as Phantasmagoria Magazine and Grievous Angel, and in several anthologies from companies such Third Flatiron, Shadow Work Publishing, and Gehenna and Hinnom Books. When not writing, planning something to write, or working out what to write, Carl R.
Jennings spends his time chastising himself for not doing one of those three things. For even more useless information, go like Carl R. Jennings' Facebook page or follow him on Twitter and Instagram @carlrjennings.
