Birdie is a soft spoken and quiet natured woman whose tumultuous life has led her to crave only things that bring her peace. She leaves behind her past in search of this serenity, finding friends that feel more like home than any she's ever known. Milo has a gentle soul that's been hardened by the tragedies of life, forced to carry out the crimes of his uncle's "business". He has a plan to disappear and he can't let anything get in his way.
