For t                                                                  WHAT IS FOOD SHORTAGEShortage does not mean there is not food.  If that happens you will eat whatever calories you can get.  It means you cannot get the food you normally get.  The government will not let you starve, but, paradoxically, the food you can get will drive you towards obesity.  You will get food, but choose wisely.                                                                           WHAT CAN I DOI have spent several books getting people to eat a diet that promotes health, prevents obesity, or gets you to be not obese.
 This maintenance diet will be harder to maintain if you cannot get your usual foods.  I will give you advice on how to stay healthy                                                                WHAT ABOUT HUNGERHunger is why people cannot stay on weight loss diets.  I will explain what stimulates hunger and how to diminish this.  I will give you advice on feeding teenagers and children.  Their diets will be different from adults.
 Once you finish your growth spurts, you eat like an adult. It may be my teaching you about hunger may be the most valuable information.
