After a sleepless night worrying about the new contract my company was on the verge of signing, I was dog-tired. It was close to being finalized but we had yet to clinch the deal. And if we didn't, well, let's just say at thirty-eight - and being nothing but loyal to the company I worked at for over a decade - I'd be forced to look for another job and a place to rest my head. The pressure was high but it didn't stop me following the same routine I always had; which included my usual morning visit to my favorite coffee shop.
