Résumé

This book takes a quick and unique look at the relationship between the evolution of humans, agriculture, and crop biotechnology, including GMOs. It's written from the perspective of a farmer who has severe food sensitivities, a science and engineering education, and experience in grain processing for the corn chip and tortilla industry. It discusses how we got to where we are now and why the trend is unlikely to change in the future.
