Alice is a bored housewife who is fed up with her annoying kids and her uninterested husband. Her only escape is to go for a run and letting the adrenaline and endorphin float her body. A recent renovation the nearby park has let her frustrated and unable to for a run, but it turns out that it was worth the wait when she sees the new outdoors exercise area that they have built. And when she meets Nick, he helps her to release all her frustrations in a way that a simple run was never able to.
