House flipper Frank initially has reservations about the abandoned house he bought at auction. The outlook grows even more grim when he is told the house is known as the "Witch House". As he works on the building, however, he begins to notice that it has strange, and sexy, effects on the women in his life. Will he manage to sell it before the house sinks its claws in too deep, or will he succumb to his desires and let the house have its way with him?
