Résumé

I've been asked by a number of people to convert my knitted adult slipper pattern to child sizes and as promised, here it is! I've made the pattern fit children's feet from a small size 5 up to a teen size 5. That means you can make a slipper to fit feet that measure 5 1/4" to 9" long. Anything larger than that can be made with my other free pattern entitled How to Knit a Pair of Slippers. And just like that pattern, I've included links to all the knitting stitches you need to make the slippers.
By clicking the links you'll go to my YouTube channel and I will show you how to do the required stitch or technique. Running into problems knitting the slippers or never knitted before? No worries. There is a complete how to video on YouTube, How to Knit Slippers for Children and Adults, that shows every step from casting on the stitches to sewing up the seams (there is a clickable link in the pattern to the video when you download this pattern).
There is also an ad supported version available to read online at KweenBee.com.

Biographie de Janis Frank

Originally, I started selling finished beaded jewelry on Etsy and was overjoyed when folks started buying it. It further developed into finished slippers, more jewelry and a variety of unique collectibles and antiques. Time and life went on and I created a number of unique slippers, texting mitts and jewelry items that no one else was producing. I became a little bored making the same things over and over and finally decided to create my first tutorial on how to make seed bead bracelets.
That led me down the road of self publishing. Once bitten by the pattern writing and publishing bug I never looked back. I now have a number of patterns, and more in development published with all the major online retailers including Amazon, iTunes, Barnes & Noble, Indigo/Chapters, and more. Amazing what a chick from the prairies can accomplish with a computer, an Internet connection, a little creativity and dare I say, chutzpa ;-)
