Résumé

Suppose you were to ask yourself the following question:When do you perform your best?Research has shown that people work harder and are more effective when they feel involved, recognised, valued, and perhaps most importantly, respected. Now consider the flip side. If you are discriminated against, under-valued, unfairly judged, and excluded; how does that make you feel?In such situations, people usually feel a combination of frustration, increased stress, diminished confidence, and increased anger.
In this ebook, we will examine how diversity management can be used as a tool to build effective and efficient relationships in the workplace.
