Résumé

The black and yellow jeep drew up in the driveway and the baby looked out at the house in curiosity. A stranger seeing it for the first time might think it slightly dilapidated, yet it had a certain character to it. One could tell it had seen a lot in its time. At least, that's what the baby thought. Armand looked at Marcus, wondering not for the first time what he was to do with him. It had fallen to him to guard this remarkable child and while he was more than willing, he really was not very good with children.
His own child had grown up without him all those many millennia ago. Was it really 4000 years? Time really did fly when you were having fun.or not.
