It explains in great detail, the cause, the quick fix and in-depth explanation of each fundamental fault within the moulding of Plastic parts, it also includes at the end of the book, a quick rough guide to working out the Clamp Tonnage required for a moulding. It is more than just a Troubleshooting Card, within the boundaries of the book lies insights into Troubleshooting, the causes, the why's, how material flows through a mould and what you can do to influence it.
Although the book includes in-depth explanations on moulding faults and how to counteract them, it is not designed to explain a complete Die Trialing experience, it is taking for granted that the moulding process in question has been previously set up and ran successfully.
