Résumé

Why this book was writtenThis is a short work of immense power, concentrating only on what matters. A large body of research has confirmed that human performance is determined only by organization, traditionally called culture. Consequently, issues of community disparities, racial inequalities, etc., are only going to be solved by reorganization. Traditionally, this is known as social reform. The onus is on those who needs it most to make the most effort.
The Africans that came out of bondage in the mid nineteenth century continue to struggle for survival into the twenty first. Their story unfolds within the context of European global conquest. The latter experienced a series of deep social reforms, commencing early thirteenth century that led to the overthrow of their monarchies. The contradiction between the right of kings to rule and the right of individuals to manage their own affairs resulted in many conflicts, philosophical, political, and military.
The kings lost the debates and their heads. Everyman became his own sovereign. Representative democracy is how this new situation was turned into real world politics. The Africans in the Western world have a different set of problems. Their societies are all modelled on the plantations from whence they came. In open competition, even on a level playing field; they will always lose. This work lays the foundation for their emergence as a modern people, able to compete successfully with all comers.
