Phillip goes into action to investigate and find the truth but he's stopped by his boss Henry Wilson who has been forced to join or be replaced by one of their own. Phillip's hope is kept alive as he learns that Ava has reincarnated and is living in Las Vegas with her new family. When Phillip retires there all hell breals loose as he begins to gift the locas turning degenerate gamblers into winners and hopeless degenerates into stars.
