Lacy was at risk of losing her scholarship and needed to make up her grade. Professor Johnny Edwards said that she could have extra credit if she helps him on project at his home. Professor has a girlfriend and they are always arguing and his heart is breaking. Lacy is trying to seduce him, but he is trying to avoid her because he can get into trouble and maybe lose his job. He knew that it was wrong but his student was just too tempting.
