Six months and still the State hasn't moved on the project they promised. While promises were made like so often those promises are falling short. While the State drags their feet Chad is faced with other personal struggles, from coming to terms with his sexuality to dealing with the drugs he needs in order to function. When the former directors turns out to be free still things go from bad to worse.
The former hero will need all the strength he has in order to face the coming storm.
