Sian Wyn Owen is Head Chef at the River Cafe and has worked alongside Ruth Rogers for over 17 years. Joseph Trivelli is Head Chef at the River Cafe and has worked in its kitchens for over 16 years. Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers created the River Cafe, which opened in 1987.
